Doesn't work well with Lexus ES suspension
I've always thought Monroe made quality shocks and I still do. HOWEVER, I installed these shocks on a 2002 Lexus ES and the results was a pretty stiff and somewhat jarring ride. Nowhere near the comfort of the original Lexus shocks. Handles hard bumps in the road well, but at the sacrifice of comfort for the rest comfort for the rest of the ride. Oh well... $280 to install. Wish I'd known.
