Monroe monotube shocks
Bought these shocks for my everyday driver as the shocks were dead at 95K miles. I didn't need shocks this "high end" but went with them because the Amazon price was fair and Monroe was offering a buy 3 get 1 free. I installed them and what a difference, I didn't realize how shot my original shocks were. These shocks are considerably stiffer than the originals and the truck handles much better. Now it's not anywhere near the handling of my MINI Cooper S but it is an unbelievable improvement.
