Typical bilstein quality I'm used to.
These shock absorbers are now installed on my 1991 4runner and noticeably firmed up the ride compared to the old and leaky sensatrac shocks that came off of it. I'd choose another brand of shock that is more street oriented for commuting duty (softer ride) but since my 4runner will see alot more offroad, the bilsteins are great replacement shocks for that job. Installation was fairly straight forward however you will need to remove the rear tires and rest the frame on jack stands so you can lower the axle enough for installation.
