Two short for 1992- on Trooper 4x4
I have just received these RS9000XL Shocks RS999214 for my LWB 1995 V6 Trooper/Holden Jackaroo & they are nearly 1 inch shorter than the stock standard original shocks that came with the vehicle. In Australia Rancho claim they are good for a 2" (50mm) lift, but this is not possible as they reduce wheel travel even from standard fitment, especially at the tortion bar front end where most needed. Quality control could also be better, Paint, weld splatters, crooked welded on end caps etc. Can't comment on ride quality as not installed & Contemplating sending back.

Rancho RS999214 for Holden Jackaroo
The advertisement states that the shocks on stting 1-3 are the same as the original shocks however on my Holden Jackaroo (Isuzu Trooper) the shocks need to be on 8-9 to be anywhere near the genuine shocks. Settings 1-3 are a joke on the Jackaroo with the front end feeling like there are no shocks at all attached. Settings 4-7 are also pathetic. Definitely false advertising in relation to the Holden Jackaroo (Trooper).
no accessories inside the box except the red plastic glove
no accessories attached in the box except the red plastic glove for the 2 pieces of rancho 999214 shock absorber,how could i install these absorber?
please kindly settle these missing accessories asap be return.
